This project will involve providing primary services such as power, telecoms and water to the site. It will also level the ground so that it’s suitable for employment and business premises. The aim is to attract private sector investment and create opportunities for businesses to relocate and expand. It will also create new job opportunities.
The site is in Broughton, Flintshire, near the A55 expressway and the Deeside Employment area.
Ambition North Wales is working with Welsh Government to develop this site.

The Full Business Case is presented to the North Wales Economic Ambition Board for approval. When approved the implementation phase of the project can begin.

My Role:
- To overcome the barriers that prevent regional development sites being delivered to the property market in North Wales
- Developing projects in collaboration with the public and private sector to deliver the benefits of capital investment and job creation
- To provide a pipeline of serviced employment and residential development sites to encourage capacity and supply side growth within the region's construction industry

- Project manage multiple complex projects through development and approval of full business cases to delivery of land and property projects
- Work with key stakeholders, partners and governments to ensure successful delivery of the land and property projects
- Manage and input to relevant land and property project / programme boards as well as providing professional support within the wider Growth Deal Portfolio
