Parc Bryn Cegin, Gwynedd
This project will develop land for new build employment and business premises. In doing so, the aim is to attract private sector investment and create opportunities for businesses to relocate and expand. It will also create new job opportunities. Close to the A55 expressway, the site is a convenient location for businesses to be based.
Ambition North Wales is working with Welsh Government to develop this site.

My role:
- Manage the business and finance operations of the Economic Ambition Board
- Responsible for the governance and assurance arrangements of the Growth Deal
- To oversee performance and risk management for all programmes, project and other activities of the Economic Ambition Board

- To overcome the barriers that prevent regional development sites being delivered to the property market in North Wales
- Developing projects in collaboration with the public and private sector to deliver the benefits of capital investment and job creation
- To provide a pipeline of serviced employment and residential development sites to encourage capacity and supply side growth within the region's construction industry

- Project manage multiple complex projects through development and approval of full business cases to delivery of land and property projects
- Work with key stakeholders, partners and governments to ensure successful delivery of the land and property projects
- Manage and input to relevant land and property project / programme boards as well as providing professional support within the wider Growth Deal Portfolio
