Wrexham Gateway
This project forms part of the Wrexham Gateway masterplan which aims to provide a framework of proposals to deliver a transformative mixed-use regeneration of the area. The project will deliver approximately 7,000sqm of new office space at Wrexham Gateway. Aiming to deliver a sustainable development and vibrant regenerated area, creating a focal point to support business investment and a multi-modal transport hub. The masterplan will link active travel, placemaking and public realm projects to create a cohesive and vibrant environment.
This project will attract significant new jobs and investment to North Wales.
Ambition North Wales is working with lead sponsor Wrexham County Borough Council to develop this project.

My Role:
- To overcome the barriers that prevent regional development sites being delivered to the property market in North Wales
- Developing projects in collaboration with the public and private sector to deliver the benefits of capital investment and job creation
- To provide a pipeline of serviced employment and residential development sites to encourage capacity and supply side growth within the region's construction industry
