Overview:

The Project will upgrade the existing berth including a new heavy lift pad adjacent to the quayside and dredging for deeper draft vessels (Phase 1) as well as develop the Marsh Row Site (Phase 2):

  1. Land acquisition – remediation and demolition works completed
  2. Groundworks, power, sub-station, security and
  3. Further refurbishment works to buildings
