The Project will upgrade the existing berth including a new heavy lift pad adjacent to the quayside and dredging for deeper draft vessels (Phase 1) as well as develop the Marsh Row Site (Phase 2):
- Land acquisition – remediation and demolition works completed

My Role:
- To overcome the barriers that prevent regional development sites being delivered to the property market in North Wales
- Developing projects in collaboration with the public and private sector to deliver the benefits of capital investment and job creation
- To provide a pipeline of serviced employment and residential development sites to encourage capacity and supply side growth within the region's construction industry
