• Leads the work to establish the North Wales Corporate Joint Committee - a new regional local government organisation with statutory responsibility to produce a regional transport plan and a regional strategic development plan as well as a duty to promote regional economic well-being.
• An ambassador for North Wales: passionate about exploring new opportunities with local, national and global stakeholders and leading Ambition North Wales, a partnership focused on developing a prosperous regional economy.
• Working with partners across sectors and investors to design, develop and build a vibrant, sustainable, resilient and thriving North Wales economy.
• Oversee delivery of the exciting £1 billion North Wales Growth Deal and lead the Regional Portfolio Management Office team driving it forward.
