About the scheme
Funding available to upgrade/ replace existing public sector owned assets to support new 4G/5G infrastructure.
Up to 100% capital funding can be claimed as grant funding (no match funding required).
Locations put forward during the EOI stage must align with the strategic priorities of the Project.
Eligibility Criteria
The organisation must be a public sector organisation.
The organisation must own, operate or manage eligible assets within North Wales (Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Gwynedd, Wrexham or Ynys Môn).
The organisation must have signed Open Access Agreements (OAAs) in place or be able to clearly demonstrate progress towards the development and signing of OAAs.

Timescales
Expressions of Interest can be submitted at anytime on a rolling basis until project completion in January 2030.
How to apply
The process begins by submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI) through the Find a Grant website. The EOI application includes the full eligibility criteria, which applicants should review carefully before applying. Applications must be submitted online via the Find a Grant portal.
